They offer immigrants the information and assistance they need to understand and exercise their rights and responsibilities. Because of IIBA’s services, more immigrant families obtain stable immigration status in the United States.

The attorney listings at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) provide contact information for the general public to contact an AILA attorney directly. You will have to ask the attorney about his or her fees immediately as there is no organization-wide policy. Be sure to mention that you found the attorney at www.ailalawyer.com. All lawyers participating in the service are licensed to practice law in a state or territory of the United States, and are currently members in good standing of a State Bar Association.

ASISTA is a national non-profit dedicated to helping attorneys and advocates assist immigrant survivors of crime with their immigration matters, ultimately enhancing their safety and security. They can also connect survivors to attorneys and advocates in their area who specialize in immigration matters.
Catholic Charities

The Immigration Advocates Network (IAN) is a collaborative effort of leading immigrants’ rights organizations designed to increase access to justice for low-income immigrants and strengthen the capacity of organizations serving them. Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service
Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS) offers programs for refugees, migrants, and children. LIRS also has a financial aid program to cover the cost of resettlement for refugees and assist them with financial planning.
