Center for Women Policy Studies
Communities Against Violence Network - CAVNET
A comprehensive, searchable database for information about violence against women. This website provides articles on everything from welfare reform and domestic violence to violence against immigrant women to Rohypnol, the “date rape drug” to legal information and statistics.
Feminist Majority Foundation
Committed to empowering women and winning equality through research, the sharing of information of value to feminists everywhere, and effective action. Website provides resources and links for domestic violence.

Legal Momentum
Legal Momentum takes a select number of cases per year, including cases regarding Title IX and also provides referrals to victims. Victims must fill out a legal assistance form found here. Legal Momentum also provides information about immigration and support to lawyers representing battered women in immigration cases.
National Coalition Against Domestic Violence
The NCADV is the oldest national organization representing grassroots organizations and individuals working to assist and empower battered women and their children. It serves as a national information and referral center for the general public, the media, battered women and children, agencies and organizations. They offer shelters and support services for battered women and their children.
National Defense Center for Criminalized Survivors
The National Defense Center for Criminalized Survivors, formerly known as the National Clearinghouse for the Defense of Battered Women, is resource and advocacy center for victims of gender-based violence who have been criminalized as a result of their experiences of being abused. They provide specialized technical assistance, resources, and support for victims and their defense teams.
National Resource Center on Domestic Violence, (Part of the Domestic Violence Resource Network)
Provides comprehensive information and resources (including videos, publications and information packs), policy development, and technical assistance designed to enhance community responses to and prevention of domestic violence.
National Sexual Violence Resource Center
Serving as a central clearinghouse for the voluminous resources and research, the NSVRC provides a place to turn to for information, help and support. The NSVRC will influence policy, practice and research by providing greater interaction, investigation and review, and by promoting awareness within the anti-sexual violence movement. A project of the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape.
Office of Violence Against Women, Department of Justice
This is the policy office which implements the 1994 Violence Against Women Act, combining the enforcement of federal laws with assistance to states and localities to fight domestic violence and other crimes against women.

The National Center for Victims of Crime
The National Center for Victims of Crime (NCVC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information, resources and advocacy for victims of all types of crime, as well as the people who serve them. The staff oversees a variety of programs including, but not limited to: the Financial Crime Resource Center, the National Compassion Fund, the VictimConnect Resource Center and the DC Victim Hotline.
VAWNet
VAWnet Library is an online resource for advocates working to end domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violence in the lives of women and their children. VAWnet is a project of the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) and the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence (NRCDV).
