The Lighthouse Shelter provides emergency shelter and a crisis line to both male and female survivors of domestic violence. The Lighthouse Shelter serves Saline County.

Sikeston House of Refuge
Sikeston House of Refuge provides services to victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault and their children. Services include: a 24-hour crisis hotline; residential shelter; legal advocacy; in-house orders of protection filing; court advocacy; transportation to court hearings; on-site children and family therapists; transitional living specialist; non-residential services; support and life skills group; limited emergency hotel/motel placement; and referrals to outside resources and follow-up services. YWCA Metro St. Louis: Woman's Place (St. Charles)
YWCA Metro St. Louis’ Woman’s Place program provides services to victims of domestic violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, drop-in center, crisis intervention, personalized safety planning, information and referrals, help with address confidentiality program, support group, court advocacy, personal empowerment workshops, community education, and “How to Help” program for family and friends. YWCA Metro St. Louis’ Woman’s Place serves St. Louis City, and St. Louis, Jefferson, and St. Charles Counties.

ALIVE
Services includes: a 24-hour hotline, short-term motel placement, domestic violence crisis intervention, case management, court advocacy, support groups for women and children, professional therapy for women, children, and men, outreach office and community education. ALIVE serves Franklin, Jefferson, St. Charles, and St. Louis Counties.
Avenues
Avenues provides a 24-hour hotline, advocacy, an emergency shelter and emergency medical services. Avenues serves Marion, Lewis, Clark, Pike, Ralls, Shelby and Monroe Counties.
Crime Victim Center of St. Louis
CVC helps with any and all crimes including burglary, robbery, identity theft, assault, homicide, hate crimes, sexual assault, and more. For victims of domestic violence, CVC offers specialized services through our Legal Advocates for Abused Women (LAAW) programs. County served: City of St. Louis Services offered: criminal justice support/advocacy, crisis intervention, assistance filing crime victims compensation, crisis hotline, information referral, follow-up contact, personal advocacy, counseling, support group/primary caregivers of homicide survivors, crisis response team, and other services.
Crime Victims Center
Provides resources, counseling, advocacy, referrals, and legal services for victims of crime in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The Legal helpline provides safety planning, crisis support, legal options and information, county-specific filing procedures, and legal referrals to callers regardless of geographic location. Helpline callers that request free legal representation will complete an intake form to determine eligibility. Free legal representation is offered for order of protection hearings in St. Louis City and County, and Jefferson, Franklin, Warren, and Washington counties. Specialized services are provided for immigrants and refugees.
