The Albemarle Hopeline serves survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and teen dating violence. Services include: a 24-hour crisis line, online chat, emergency shelter for survivors and their children, safety planning, individual and group counseling, crisis response to hospital for sexual assault, court advocacy, LatinX outreach program, and education programs. Services are offered in English and Spanish. Serving Pasquotank, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Perquimans, and Gates counties.

Safe Haven provides services to victims of domestic violence in the Pender County area. Steps to HOPE serves victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Their services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling, advocacy, assistance with orders of protection, education classes, group support, an intervention program, and more. Steps to HOPE partners with Pisgah Legal Services to offer free legal advice. Serving Polk County, North Carolina as well as Upstate South Carolina.
