The Domestic Violence Resource Center (DVRC) offers services 24 hours a day to victims of domestic violence, elder abuse and sexual assault. Also, provide advocacy, counseling, case management and empowerment services to victims of domestic violence and their dependent children in Bernalillo County and surrounding counties. All services provided are safe, confidential, culturally-sensitive and free of charge.

Enlace Comunitario provides domestic violence intervention services. These are offered in Spanish and are provided free of cost to victims of domestic violence and their children, regardless of their legal immigration status. Services are confidential and tailored to individual clients’ strengths and needs. Case management, therapy, legal services, crisis intervention, transitional housing and support groups are available.

Chaves
The Roswell Refuge
The Rosewell Refuge provides shelter services to domestic violence survivors and their children. The Refuge also houses the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program (SANE). Also, provide assistance with filling out and filing restraining orders, advocacy services, support groups and referrals to community services within Chaves county.
Cibola
Roberta's Place, Inc.
Roberta’s Place provides counseling (professional and peer counseling), emergency shelter, advocacy support, skills and knowledge and parenting classes for both shelter residents and non-shelter residents. All services provided are free of charge serving victims of domestic violence and their children, within Cibola County including the Laguna, Acoma and Ramah Indian Reservations.

Carlsbad Battered Family Shelter provides 24-Hour crisis intervention, domestic violence victim / survivor support groups, parenting groups, child witness groups, emergency residential shelter for victims and their children, rental/deposit assistance (when available). Guadalupe County Domestic Violence Responders provides resources for domestic violence victims, coordinates activities and services, assists with financial assistance, finds low income housing, files temporary restraining orders, and can accompany the victims to court if necessary. Somos Familia
Somos Familia provides services primarily for abusers/perpetrators. Services include: counseling for families and couples, intervention and prevention services for perpetrators, a 52 week state mandated program, case management and crisis intervention for perpetrators. Limited counseling services for survivors, but referrals to community services are available through partner programs.Bilingual and bicultural staff available for services. Serving Las Vegas county.

Option, Inc. services include emergency shelter, crisis intervention, and advocacy. Additional services include counseling, (individual and group), transitional housing, food, clothing, transportation, assistance with acquiring protective orders, and safehouse for interviewing children victims of domestic violence.

HEAL & The Nest Domestic Violence Shelter
HEAL & The Nest Domestic Violence Shelter offers a wide range of services for survivors of domestic violence. Services include emergency shelter, food, clothing, access to medical care, housing needs, education and training, legal advocacy, job searching, resume and job interview preparation, counseling (individual, child & family), domestic violence education, Women’s Enrichment Series and self-esteem development and life skills such as parenting skills, nutrition, assertiveness and budgeting. Transportation to The Nest may be provided (and victims from any state can be considered for entry into our shelter.) Participants do not need to be a residents of New Mexico to receive free and confidential services. Free language services are available at HEAL & The Nest” in English, Spanish.

Luna County Healing House assists victims and survivors of domestic violence by providing emergency shelter, emotional support, case management and diversified programs designed to increase safety, independence, self-sufficiency and self-empowerment. Crisis Center of Northern New Mexico
The Crisis Center of Northern New Mexico Provides crisis intervention, counseling, emergency shelter, individual and group therapy to (women/men) victims of domestic violence and their children. Bilingual services (English & Spanish) available upon request. This center also shelters abused teens who are 18 years or older, members of the LGBTTQ+ community and senior citizens suffering from elder abuse. Services are free and confidential, serving survivors of domestic abuse from Rio Arriba, Los Alamos and Santa Fe County and the eight Northern Pueblos (and occasionally people from other parts of our state or country).
North Central Community Based Services, Inc.
North Central Community Based Services, Inc. is a social service agency which provides various mental health services, substance abuse prevention, family violence prevention programs and specific services to victims of crime. Serving residents of Rio Arriba county.
Peacekeepers Domestic Violence Program
PeaceKeepers Domestic Violence Program provides services to victims who are Native American or who are being victimized by a Native American and to offenders who are Native American or who are victimizing a Native American. This program is specific to the Native American community and raise awareness of domestic violence by offering the following services: advocacy, training & outreach, crisis intervention, civil legal assistance, Probation Batterers Re-Education and Intervention Program. Serves residents of the Eight Northern Pueblos.

New Beginnings - Navajo United Methodist Center Inc.
New Beginnings provides transitional living for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Offering families a safe, community-based living environment, for up to a year. New Beginnings has a Childcare program for those benefiting from transitional living program and for children in the community. Other services include: support services, financial planning, legal advocacy and referrals to other resources in the community. New Beginnings also provides a special focus on Native American culture.
Family Crisis Center
The Family Crisis Center offers a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling to victims of domestic violence. Services are provided at two facilities including Marge’s Place, a protective shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children, and the Counseling Center which provides services and support to victims, child witnesses, and offenders. Serving residents of San Juan county.
Home for Women and Children
Home for Women and Children provides a temporary shelter for women and children victims of domestic violence. Length of stay can vary from 30-90 days. Other services include: advocacy, mentoring, and education for families affected by domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

Haven House services include: emergency shelter, case management, support groups, Life-Skills classes, legal advocacy, referrals to job opportunities, housing and other supportive services, therapeutic counseling for both women and their children and children’s programs. Haven House is the only domestic violence shelter for Sandoval County.

Esperanza Shelter Domestic Abuse Services
Esperanza Shelter Domestic Abuse Services offers emergency shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, on-call advocacy program, and court advocacy to victims of domestic violence.
Sierra
Domestic Abuse Intervention Center, Inc. (DAIC)
Domestic Abuse Intervention Center, Inc. (DAIC) offers assistance to all individuals involved in domestic violence life scenarios (victims, perpetrator and families). DAIC services increase awareness of domestic violence through education/training, and reduce the incidence of domestic abuse and violence in Sierra county. Offering a non-residential program, specialized assessment, support services, education and training, life and social skills development, and crisis intervention. Serving residents of Sierra county.

El Puente del Socorro provides emergency shelter and services for victims of domestic violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, transitional housing, legal advocacy, and individual and group therapy for children, teens, and adults. Valencia Shelter Services serves Valencia County and will not turn away clients who are fleeing from abuse no matter what county, state, or country they are from.
