The Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County, Inc. provides legal services to victims of domestic violence. Legal services include counseling, advocacy filing Temporary Protection from Abuse (PFA) orders, legal representation at final PFA hearings, assistance with U-visa petitions, referrals for representation, district court accompaniment to appear at the abuser’s criminal proceeding, and assistance filing Crime Victims Compensation. The Chester office serves Delaware County.
