WomensLaw serves and supports all survivors, no matter their sex or gender.
As used in this chapter:
(1) “Alimony” means financial support made to a spouse or former spouse for the support and maintenance of that spouse.
(2) “Child support” means the same as that term is defined in Section 81-6-101.
