Alianza, formerly known as Womanshelter/Companeras, provides services to those whose lives are affected by battering and abuse. The Birch House
The Birch House is a supportive community dedicated to healing for female adult survivors of incest and childhood sexual abuse through programs, resources, education, and advocacy. They have an on-site library and hold monthly discussion groups and mind/body/arts workshops.
