Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, a permanent housing program, a domestic violence program (counseling, options and referrals, counselor/advocate, accompaniment, transportation, and medical and legal advocacy), in Elk and Cameron County a sexual assault program (transportation, medical and legal advocacy, accompaniment, transportation, counselor/advocate, in Cameron County a homeless assistance program, prevention education programs, children’s programs, and support groups. CAPSEA serves Cameron and Elk Counties.

Safe Journey provides services to victims of domestic, dating, sexual, and stalking violence.
