Victim's Intervention Program
The Victims’ Intervention Program provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include a 24-hour hotline, crisis counseling, individual counseling, assistance with Protection From Abuse Orders and Crime Victim Compensation Claims, emergency shelter, emergency transportation, accompaniment to court, legal aid, policy, hospitals, and social service agencies, risk reduction workshops, professional trainings, and information and referrals. VIP serves Wayne County.

Blackburn Center
The Blackburn Center provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and other types of violent crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling and therapy, support groups, medical advocacy and accompaniment, and legal system support. The Blackburn Center serves Westmoreland County.
Wyoming
Victims Resource Center
The Victims Resource Center (VRC) provides services for victims of sexual violence, domestic violence, and other serious crimes, as well as offering services for their family members and friends who are affected by the crime. Services include a 24-hour hotline, medical and legal accompaniment, assistance with crime victims compensation, assistance filing orders (PFA, PFI, and PSVI), assistance with completing victim impact statements, referral to safe housing, information and referrals to outside resources, counseling, and legal advocacy. The Victims Resource Center serves Carbon, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties.
