The Center for Women and Families provides trauma-informed advocacy and support for individuals, families and communities affected by intimate partner violence and sexual assault. Services include: emergency shelter, transitional housing, long-term housing advocacy, hospital advocacy, transportation assistance, court advocacy, safety planning, individual counseling, daily support groups, information and referrals, economic success services and art therapy. The Center for Women and Families has four regional locations serving nine Kentuckiana counties: Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble counties in Kentucky and Clark and Floyd counties in Indiana.
