The Family Justice Center of St. Joseph County (FJC) is a non-profit organization that serves survivors of domestic/family violence, sexual assault, and stalking, as well as survivors over 50 years of age who have experienced/are experiencing financial exploitation or elder abuse. All services are confidential, free, and include crisis intervention, victim advocacy, civil legal advocacy (assistance with filing protective orders), referrals to community resources, and counseling and support groups. FJC is also co-located with St. Joseph County’s Special Victims Unit detectives and prosecutors, Adult Protective Services, and the CASIE Center (forensic interviewing for child victims).
