The Albizu Clinic offers mental health services to the community. Services include developmental evaluations and group/individual therapy for children, adults, and older adults. There is a charge for services.
Dominican Women's Center
Helps immigrant women who are victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in the everyday problems they face, through specialized services and community outreach. Services include: crisis intervention, coordination of shelter services, safety and escape plans, individual counseling and therapy, hospital accompaniment, accompaniment to protection order hearings, and more.

Julia de Burgos Safe House - San Juan
The Julia de Burgos Safe House serves women survivors of domestic violence and their children. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, shelter, children’s programs, rapid re-housing, legal guidance and counseling, psychological services, group therapy, references, and more. The maximum shelter stay is three months but could be extended depending on the case. All services are free of charge.
Path of the Cross Counseling Center
Counseling and psychological services with a Christian focus for victims of domestic violence. Services include: crisis intervention, group counseling for women victims of domestic violence and their families, individual/group/family therapy, referrals, and more.
Wings for Women Foundation - San Juan Office
Offers psychosocial, legal, educational, and economic support to women in crisis situations due to domestic violence, sexual assault, and poverty in Puerto Rico. Service include: individual and family counseling, financial assistance, basic necessities, support groups, and more. They also offer legal support for situations such as child custody, child support, and protection orders, among others. This office serves San Juan and the metro area.
