The House of Thought provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and date rape. They offer legal services in the Aibonito and Guayama judicial regions, such as representation and advocacy. Other services include counseling, emotional support, psychological services, education, and prevention.

CAPROMUNI
CAPROMUNI offers shelter and guidance to victims of gender violence and their children. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, shelter for up to 90 days, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, mental health services, psychological services, legal advocacy and advice, and more. CAPROMUNI is a program of IPVIPR.
Creating Bonds between Men and Women who are Victims of Domestic Violence
This program was designed to help adolescents, women, and men who are victims of domestic violence. Services include: guidance and counseling, crisis intervention, psychological services, group and individual therapy, and educational presentations.
Office of Promotion and Human Development, Inc. (OPDH in Spanish)
OPDH is a non-profit organization that offers support services to the community. Services include: individual counseling, support groups for women over age 18 who are victims/survivors of domestic violence, educational workshops for crime victims over age 18, community development, and more.

Family Counseling and Therapy Institute
The Institute’s mission is to strengthen family unity and health coexistence through psychosocial, educational, and preventive services that promote overall wellbeing. They support domestic violence survivors through group therapy.
Matria Project
Matria Project serves survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking, as well as LGBT persons and heads of household who live below poverty level. Through the helpline, they help establish safety and escape plans, offer counseling, and coordinate services. The transitional housing program is up to two years and serves women and the LGB community who are homeless due to an active situation of domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, or human trafficking.
Piety Home (FUNDESCO)
Piety Home provides services to women victims of domestic violence and violent crime, and to their children. Services include: social work, medical clinic, psychological services, case management, food and referrals.
Carolina
Referrals and Help for Abused Women
Services for survivors/victims in a current domestic violence situation. Among the services offered are: advocacy, case management, psychology, legal consultations, support groups, safety planning with preventative rounds by the municipal police, referrals, and more.

In addition, they have special projects providing services to underserved populations such as children, youth, seniors, and the LGBTIQA+.

Juana Colón House is a community organization that provides care to women, especially survivors of gender violence, sexual violence, and stalking, of limited economic resources. Services include: free legal support, accompaniment the Comerío court, individual and group support, case management, art therapy workshops, coordination of health services for Comerío residents, and more.

Offers services to victims and survivors of domestic violence and their children. Service include: shelter for up to 90 days, crisis intervention, basic necessities, psychological services, support groups, rapid re-housing, and more. Legal assistance is offered in the Humacao and Fajardo judicial regions. All services are free of charge.
