Services include: a 24-hour hotline, shelter, accompaniment (court, hospital, police department, and magistrate), children and teen programs, case management, counseling, goal setting, personal finance support, and aware and outreach. Response serves Shenandoah County.
Spotsylvania
Empowerhouse
Empowerhouse provides services to victims of domestic violence and their children. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, court advocacy, crisis intervention and advocacy, emergency cell phones, support groups for women, children, and teen girls, safety planning, intervention services, and community outreach. Empowerhouse serves Stafford, Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Fredericksburg Counties.

The Genieve Shelter
The Genieve Shelter serves families and individuals attempting to escape domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, individual and group counseling, court accompaniment, case management, emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, children’s services, and mentoring. The Genieve Shelter serves Suffolk and Franklin Cities, Smithfield Town, and Isle of Wight, Southampton, and Surry Counties.
