Clinch Valley Community Action’s Family Crisis Services (FCS) provides services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their families.  Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency transportation, residential shelter, crisis intervention, safety planning, court advocacy, medical and legal advocacy, systems advocacy, education and community outreach program, information and referral, individual counseling, support groups, teen serves, and children’s services.  Clinch Valley Community Action’s Family Crisis Services serves Tazewell and Russell Counties.
